Our process
Taking your ideas and turning them into dreams is what we do every day, with a little help from our sophisticated design software and our mostly local trusted partners we aim to turn your kitchen into a dream living space. We are an old fashioned family run business where you the customer are always right, from initial contact we aim to have your design completed with 7 days and have you installed within 7 weeks, and intend to make it as stress free as possible for you and your family even in the pocket, we aim to work to your budget with no nasty add-ons or small print, we simply offer excellence by design to your particular budget.
The Creative Process
Step 1: Initial Contact
You can contact us at our Glasgow Southside showroom, or contact us through our social media on FB or Insta and arrange a convenient visit in your own home, where we provide a free no-obligation measure and design service.
Step 2: Getting to know you
We will design a bespoke kitchen by asking the correct questions and find out what is important to you and perhaps more importantly what you DON’T want, most people don’t realise how personal a space the kitchen is, after all it is the hub of your home.
Step 3: Measure and Design
This is undoubtedly one of the most important steps of the process and where we take all the ideas in your head and put them onto paper and start making all your dreams come true, a 30 minute measure followed by an informal chat about your needs and let us inspire each other to get the perfect dream kitchen.
Step 4: Presentation
You can visit us at one of our sites and see your design on screen, or we can stand in your current kitchen and using the magic of virtual reality, turn it into your dream space by using our extensive samples and swatches get the finer detail you have always dreamed about, that dream is about to become reality.
Step 5: Agreement
If the design is right and just as important the pounds, shillings and pence are right we can move forward and discuss your options of payment by card or using us as a finance broker we will get the right deal for you and your family. The next stage after this is arranging a full and thorough technical survey.
Step 6: Technical Survey
We made the decision to carry out your technical survey by one of the experienced installers who will actually be fitting your kitchen, this lets you meet each other and means there are no surprises for either party on install day, by fit day we are old friends and know what you want and we know where the biscuits are hiding.
Step 7: Installation
A few days after survey at the latest you will have your install date, we start bright & early using our own employed installers, we are with you for 8am on day one, we ask that all cupboards and appliances are emptied and ready for rip-out and there is a clear passage for your bespoke kitchen to be delivered, you will be given an estimated time that your kitchen will take to fit at survey, and with our experience we are generally about spot on. On the final day we ask that you are there to inspect the install with your fitter who you discussed everything with at survey.
Step 8: Sit back and enjoy
Now the hard work is over (for us) and you can sit and enjoy your dream, it will be better than you imagined and the dream makers will have done what they do best and given you a “Creative Kitchen” you will enjoy for years to come.
